The first phase of development was approved in 2017, providing 200 terraced, semi-detached and detached dwellings on the eastern edge of the development. The development is almost complete. The decision notice can be found on the key documents page.
Phase 1 at Boyton Place has now sold out although the show home will be retained for the immediate future. We are expecting our last legal completion in June 2021. This phase sold extremely well with some weeks in 2020 achieving an impressive 5/6 reservations. It has been especially popular for people commuting to work in Cambridge and the development currently boasts a 5 star House Builders Federation (HBF) rating.
