Phase 3a + Local Centre
This parcel includes the provision of approximately 124 dwellings, as well as a local centre providing retail, community and employment use. An application is due to be submitted at the end of summer 2023.
Following on from the successful workshops with Haverhill Town Council, West Suffolk Council Officers, SCC Highways, Lead Local Flood Authority and High School Students, a series of Public Consultation is now under way and your views, as the end user, on the Local Centre design are being sought by the design and planning team for this project.
