Phases 4a, 4b and 5b- Pending Approval


This scheme incorporates 264 dwellings, 78 as affordable housing, with a range of bedrooms (ranging from one to 5) and house types (detached, semi-detached, terraced, bungalows). All dwellings will be NDSS compliant. The design approach includes a mix of both contemporary and traditional, utilising red, buff and grey brick.
A planning application was submitted in February 2025 with a decision anticipated in June 2025. The planning application can be viewed here
