Phase 6 is taking shape with over half the units having been constructed. The residential phase offers a different but complementary take on the contemporary design of Phase 2b. First completions took place before Christmas 2023. Landscaping has been planted on the northern boundary and the eastern corridor will be planted later this year.
Construction is underway for this exciting new phase that will deliver an excellent urban place with integrated trees (71 new trees will be planted). The development comprises 98 high-quality 1-5 bed homes (29 of which are affordable) and provides distinctively detailed design enhancements.

A new resubmission application has been submitted to West Suffolk Council to provide a suite of enhancements to the original application; these include additional planting, changes to the materials on the units, clarity on boundary treatments within plots and enhancing the landscape corridor and basin to the east of the development.
