Persimmon Homes are currently selling houses on both phases 2b and 6 of our scheme at Haverhill. Both of these phases are within a walking distance of the new open space and play area, set to be opened in September 2023.
Phase 2b is located on the eastern edge of the scheme, within close vicinity to the approved allotments and play space (dates to be confirmed).
Phase 6 is located on the south east of the scheme, directly adjacent to the play LEAP play space (which will be provided following occupations of phase 6).
