This phase of development was approved in 2020, providing 41 terraced, semi-detached and detached residential dwellings to the west phase 1 and adjacent to the football pitches. This phase Phase 1 contains a range of houses, with an emphasis of two and three bedroom properties and follows a similar design approach to phase 1.
